EXVISION プライバシーポリシー

ByUS BEAT PUNKs（以下「開発者」）は、iPhone 用アプリ「EXVISION」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。

  1. 収集する情報本アプリは、個人情報を含め、利用者の情報を収集せず、外部へ送信しません。アカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングは行いません。本アプリはインターネット通信を行いません。
  2. 写真ライブラリ素材の取り込みには iOS の写真ピッカーを使います。利用者が選んだ動画・GIF・写真だけが本アプリ内にコピーされ、写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセスは求めません。録画を保存するときだけ「写真の追加のみ」の許可を求めます。元の写真や動画が変更されることはありません。
  3. 端末内に保存される情報取り込んだ素材、保存できなかった録画、本アプリの設定（光の点滅についての警告への回答、FX スロットの設定など）は、利用者の iPhone の中だけに保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらも削除されます。
  4. 外部ディスプレイと AirPlay外部ディスプレイや AirPlay への映像の出力は、iPhone と接続先の機器の間で行われます。開発者がその映像を受け取ることはありません。
  5. App 内課金App 内課金の購入手続きと支払いは Apple が行います。開発者が支払い情報や個人情報を受け取ることはありません。
  6. 第三者への提供開発者は利用者の情報を保有しないため、第三者に提供することはありません。
  7. お子さまの情報本アプリは、年齢にかかわらず利用者の情報を収集しません。
  8. 改定本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページでお知らせします。

ByUS BEAT PUNKs (“the developer”) describes here how the iPhone app “EXVISION” (“the App”) handles user information.

  1. Information collectedThe App does not collect or transmit any user information, including personal information. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. The App does not connect to the internet.
  2. Photo libraryMedia is imported through the iOS photo picker. Only the videos, GIFs and photos you choose are copied into the App; access to your whole library is never requested. The App asks for “Add Photos Only” access only when saving a recording. Your original photos and videos are never changed.
  3. What stays on your deviceImported media, recordings that could not be saved, and the App’s settings (such as your answer to the flashing-light warning and your FX slots) are stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the App deletes them.
  4. External displays and AirPlayVideo sent to an external display or over AirPlay goes directly between your iPhone and the connected device. The developer never receives it.
  5. In-app purchasesIn-app purchases and payments are handled by Apple. The developer does not receive your payment details or personal information.
  6. Sharing with third partiesThe developer holds no user information, so none is shared with third parties.
  7. Children’s informationThe App collects no information from users of any age.
  8. ChangesAny change to this policy will be announced on this page.
